20 Soufriere Residents Benefit From “Customer Experience Management” training funded by Sequa
Soufriere, St. Lucia - Over the next three days, 20 unemployed residents of Soufriere will be undertaking a training workshop in “Customer Experience Management.” The workshop which is organized by the Soufriere Foundation and funded by the EU through its implementing agency Sequa, is being facilitated by the Caribbean Institute of International Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts.
Both Sequa and the Soufriere Foundation are excited about the training initiative and the opportunity it will provide young unemployed residents to improve their customer service delivery and their chances of gaining employment.
The Soufriere Foundation, the training organizer, views training as a very important responsibility of the organization. During the last year the organization run in excess of 6 vocational skills training programmes. Residents of the scenic southwestern community can look forward to the organization running many more courses over the next 12 month period.
