Human Resources

We believe that our people are our community’s greatest resource.  We also believe that by developing the people we are empowering them and preparing them to participate in the development process. Presently, our community boasts of many Soufrierians who are at the vanguard of this island’s development.

We are happy to undertake projects or programmes which build the productive capacity of our people and improve their access to technology and information.  We also support community projects or partner with groups which attempt to harness the true potential of our people through the avenues of education, business and sports.
